Mid-Wales building firm receives six vans from Greenhous Ford Transit Centre.
Tony Price builders of Llandrindod Wells have visited the new Greenhous Ford Transit Centre in Newtown to collect five 66 plate Transit Trend Limited Edition Vans and One Transit Connect 200 Limited Edition Van. The owner, Tony Price, himself came up to the dealership to receive the official handover from Alex Richards, Sales Executive for Greenhous Ford Commercials.

Founded in 1982, Tony Price Builders undertake the whole range of building work including New Builds, Complete Refurbishments, all types of Roof works; Fibre Glass Flat Roofing, Slate, Tile, Profile Sheeting. Bathrooms, Wet-Rooms, Extensions, Disabled ramps, Tarmacking and Fencing etc. The company employs 26 staff with all specialisms covered; Heating engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Decorators, Bricklayers, Machine Operators and Ground workers.

Tony explained the range of the works carried out by the company saying:       “We operate from Welshpool through to Abergavenny and have established ourselves as the ‘go to’ builders for a host of clients. For example we look after 41 Vicarages in the Brecon Diocese and Brecon Cathedral. Powys County Council employ us to service and maintain farms, schools and public buildings across their region. We also build homes for private customers.

“With so much work on we have at present got 14 Vans and 3 Lorries operating at any one time. I am delighted that Alex could source these five Transits and one Connect for us. The Transit vans have been ply-lined and have roof racks and rear door ladders. Our specialist engineers will be delighted with their new transport.”

The 6 vans made a fine display in front of the new Transit Centre with Tony and Alex.
